Before taking a membership, you must complete our On-Ramp beginner course or a Fast Track course.
On-Ramp: We will teach you the fundamental movements in 3 sessions as part of a group setting, in preparation for joining regular classes.
Course information: The next course starts on Monday 16th March at 7:30pm and runs on 16th, 18th and 20th. The course costs £50 and will include 3 fully coached sessions covering the fundamental movements and a workout each evening. Complete the course to receive the rest of the month’s membership free!
Fast Track: On-Ramp course days/ times not suit? Not a problem! Fast Track the course in 3 one hour sessions, on days/ times that suit you. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get booked.
