If you have never done CrossFit before and would like to become a member, you can either complete our group Beginners Course or book a Fast Track! You can find more information on these options below:
Beginners Course: We will teach you the fundamental movements in 4 sessions as part of a group setting. The course includes 4 fully coached sessions with a focus on technique, a workout each evening and all the preparation you need for joining regular classes. This course is suitable for ALL levels and everything we do can be completely scaled if necessary, so don’t worry about your current fitness, that’s our job!
Course information: The next course starts on Monday 24th August at 7:30pm and runs on 24th and 26th August and 2nd and 4th September. The course costs £50 and will include 3 fully coached sessions covering the fundamental movements and a workout each evening. Complete the course to receive 2 weeks of free classes!
Fast Track: Beginners course days/ times do not suit? Not a problem! Fast Track the course in 3 one hour sessions, on days/ times that you are available. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message on Facebook to get booked in.
