If you have never done CrossFit before and would like to become a member, you can either complete our Beginners Course or book a Fast Track:
Beginners Course: We will teach you the fundamental movements in 4 sessions as part of a group setting. The course includes 4 fully coached sessions with a focus on technique, a workout each evening and all the preparation you need for joining regular classes. This course is suitable for ALL levels and everything we do can be completely scaled if necessary, so don’t worry about your current fitness, that’s our job!
Fast Track: If the Beginners Course days/ times do not suit or you would like individual coaching, you can Fast Track your membership in 3 one hour sessions, on days/ times that you are available.
