About Us

CrossFit Larne is the first official CrossFit affiliate in Larne, Co.Antrim, and is the towns only dedicated Strength & Conditioning facility. We base our programming around optimising fitness by training the 10 physical components of fitness. Every day, a ‘Workout of the Day’ (Wod) is programmed to train these physical skills using a mixture of functional exercises.

You are only as fit as your competency in each of these 10 skills:

These skills are trained in the following ways:

  • Rowing and running, short and long distances
  • Power lifting- squats, deadlifts and presses
  • Olympic lifting- snatch and clean and jerk
  • Gymnastics- pull ups, dips, toes to bar, muscle ups
